Blog Post #2
Topic
The topic that I am going to focus on is social media and the effects it has on mental health. With this focus, I will see if social media does actually effect those who use those platforms, or if social media has no correlation. I would also like to further my research by hopefully coming to a conclusion on what a healthy amount of social media (if any) could be.

5. I wanted to use the different sources that provides a different perspective. For example one of the sources talks about social media during the pandemic, which I think would give an added viewpoint. Also there was another source that talked about social media and adolescents. This would also widen the viewpoint that I am searching for in my research.
