Research Gap

I want to study the relationship of social media and mental health. While doing the Literature Review, my sources concluded both perspectives. Meaning that social media does and does not cause mental illnesses. So, I would like to further my study by specifying the relationship between social media and mental health. I think that finding a clear conclusion or understanding would be beneficial in our society. We use social media so often that it is something, in my opinion, that can sometimes consume the user. To clarify the research that I found, I think I need to focus my time on the relationship rather than the conclusion. After I can deeply understand the relationship, I think that I could come to a firm conclusion.
